JAPANESE gaming giant Nintendo has unveiled a special edition of its hugely popular Switch console styled after its most iconic character. The Mario Edition bundle is out next month and includes a Mario-themed Nintendo Switch console, dock, Joy-Con controllers, and carrying case. Priced at £300, it costs about the same as a bog-standard Switch but comes in a fun colourway styled after the Italian plumber’s red and blue overalls. The console and its stand are a striking red, while the Joy-Cons sport fetching red and white striped straps. They’re styled with yellow accents that match the buttons on Mario’s classic outfit. The Joy-Cons can be slotted into a bright blue comfort grip for when you want to play games using a traditional controller.
