Charles Martinet has received a Guinness World Record for the most video game voiceover performances as the same character - 100 as Mario.Martinet took to Instagram to publish a video expressing his delight at the award. And on Twitter he said the recent release of Super Smash Bros. Ultimate on Nintendo Switch pushed his Mario video game voiceover list to 100. Martinet is the instantly-recognisable voice behind perhaps the most famous video game character of all time. Everyone knows the best pokemon is Snorlax, so I am delighted to report baby Snorlax will soon pop up more in all-encompassing mobile game Pokemon Go.The Pokemon Go Holidays 2018 event kicks off 18th December, when ice-type pokemon will appear more frequently in the wild. These include Jynx, Sneasel, Swinub, Snorunt, Spheal and Snover (Snover is a new Gen 4 pokemon). Expect to see other pokemon get into the Christmas spirit, too. Pikachu in a Christmas hat?
