Nintendo has been having a bit of a weird year in 2020. The company's major first-party games for the year include Animal Crossing: New Horizons, Pokemon Mystery Dungeon Rescue Team DX, Bravely Default II, Paper Mario: The Origami King, a trio of Mario remasters titled Super Mario 3D All-Stars, and a prequel to The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild called Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity--the latter two announced only recently and coming surprisingly soon. Wes Fenlon: Taking a slightly different approach to this question—if I could only play games from one specific console, I think I'd go with the PlayStation 2. That's my desert island pick. … [Read more...] about If you could only play console games, which console would you choose?
Xbox Game Pass For PC is already an absurd bargain, giving access to all Microsoft’s games at launch and many others for a few quid per month, and soon it’ll include a load of Electronic Arts games too. Microsoft today announced that the basic EA Play membership will be added to Xbox Game Pass subscriptions later this year, and the price will stay the same. This isn’t the EA Play Pro membership which includes all their new games as they come out, but it will give you access to games including Fifa 20, Battlefield V, and The Sims 4. … [Read more...] about Xbox Game Pass will soon include EA Play membership too
Subscription services price hikes always feel like a bit of a shock to the system, but Microsoft seem to have at least timed this news so Game Pass members don’t feel too put out. Yesterday, they announced that Xbox Game Pass will soon include EA Play membership at no additional cost. EA Play is the new name for Origin Access, and while it’s not quite as good as Microsoft’s subscription service, it does have a load of good old games from series like Mass Effect, Dragon Age, Battlefield, and Fifa. … [Read more...] about Xbox Game Pass For PC’s price is going up next week
