Where there were no musical numbers this week in WandaVision, we did get a whole lot of information about what's actually been going on in Westview. Not only did we get a firsthand look at Wanda's history--including her oft talked about but never before seen origin story back in Sokovia--we also got some actual insights into what Agatha Harkness has been doing as she's been pulling "every evil string." Of course, there are still plenty of questions to consider as well--specifically about SWORD's director Hayward who has been spinning some interesting lies all his own, the fate of Vision when (and if) the HEX ever does come down, and the future of Wanda's kids who may or may not be in the same precarious boat as their "dad." There's also the issue of Wanda's position in the MCU at large, the nature of her powers, and what they could mean for her moving forward. The Animal Crossing: New Horizons crossover with Super Mario is now live in the former game with the launch of the new 1.8 update. Once you've downloaded update 1.8 for Animal Crossing: New Horizons , which is available everywhere today on February 25, you'll have access to new Super Mario-themed items. When you check your mailbox after installing the update, you'll find the Mushroom Mural wallpaper waiting for you, which turns your house wall into a Mario course. However, the rest of the special Super Mario crossover items aren't going live for New Horizons players until next month on March 3. At this point, Nintendo will begin to gradually roll out the new items, which will continue to arrive all throughout the coming month. Contained within the crossover items are new outfits, resembling Mario, Luigi, and Peach, as well as special warp pipes. PS5 and Xbox Series X stock problems due to the COVID-19 pandemic are being investigated by the Biden administration, reports Reuters . President Joe Biden pledged a 100-day review of supply chains as well as $37 billion yesterday (February 24) to fund legislation that will accelerate manufacturing for chips used in the PS5 and Xbox Series X . The shortage of semiconductors has also affected production amongst US automakers, pharmaceutical companies, and other major manufacturers. The scarcity, which extends worldwide, has been "exacerbated by the pandemic" and was the main topic of a conversation between Biden and lawmakers yesterday. A new Returnal trailer teases some of the many mysteries you'll discover as you explore the alien world of Atropos. Where the last trailer gave us a crash course on Returnal's third-person shooting combat, this new trailer is all about the planet itself. We follow space explorer Selene as she moves through Atropos, trying to reckon what she's already seen of this strange world with what's before her eyes right now: mysterious broadcasts, artifacts of a seemingly extinct civilization, the same location appearing in two completely different forms. "Everything has changed," Selene says. The trailer introduces the Overgrown Ruins, Derelict Citadel, and Crimson Wastes biomes - with another three listed as "Unknown Biomes" on the side of each title card, so it looks like there's just as much still to discover in the game itself.
