Some of the most disturbing images in the quick teaser footage comes courtesy of Homelander, the psychotic and sociopathic "hero" who has become the face of Vought International. Of course, he's covered in blood and seems to be enjoying himself, which means that everyone in the world should be very afraid. After the Season 2 trailer debuted at CCXP this week, actor Antony Starr stopped by the convention with some of his fellow cast members including Karen Fukuhara, Erin Moriarty, and Jessie Usher. Jeremy Renner Teases Avengers: Endgame Creates New Beginnings for Other Things
By Cameron Bonomolo - June 17, 2019 04:06 pm EDT Share 0 Comments 0 The many endings within Avengers: Endgame paves the way for new beginnings, teases Hawkeye star Jeremy Renner. “With Endgame, I think with any ending, it creates a new beginning for a lot of things. Marvel has a lot of plans for a lot of things. So it was exciting,” Renner said during San Antonio’s Celebrity Fan Fest. “But to sum up 21 films is very difficult, but I think it satiates a lot of the fans. By Cameron Bonomolo - December 7, 2019 07:39 pm EST Share 0 Comments 0 The Walking Dead star Jeffrey Dean Morgan admits he took things “a little too far” when Negan first encountered Whisperer Beta, played by Morgan’s old friend Ryan Hurst, creating footage Morgan says can never be used. Negan first met “big ass freak” Beta in 10x05, “What It Always Is,” and the crass and talkative fugitive was nearly murdered by Beta in 10x06, “Bonds,” before he could enlist as a member of the flesh-wearing cult commanded by Alpha (Samantha Morton). Morgan and Hurst are both self-acknowledged smartasses, but Morgan had to dial Negan down from one hundred in-between attempts to make his co-star “lose his mind”: “I’ve known Ryan for a very, very long time. I don’t want to age myself too much, but we’ve known each other a long time, so I was super excited when he got the gig,” Morgan … [Read more...] about The Walking Dead’s Jeffrey Dean Morgan Admits He Took Things “A Little Too Far” When Negan Met Beta

By Nicole Drum - December 7, 2019 07:44 pm EST Share 0 Comments 0 Back in 2016, Arrow star Stephen Amell and his cousin, The Flash star Robbie Amell debuted a short film called Code 8. The short was set in a world were 4 percent of the population have special powers but were treated like outcasts as opposed to heroes with the powered forced to live in poverty and followed Robbie's character attempting to simply earn a basic living in the face of the oppression. That short quickly got a lot of fan attention and soon after the short's release, the actors launched a crowdfunding campaign to make that short a full-length feature. Flash forward three years and the feature-length Code 8 film is just days away from its debut. Directed by Jeff Chan, the Code 8 feature film is, like the short, set in a world where four percent of the population is born with supernatural abilities but instead of being welcomed as heroes, they're discriminated against, heavily … [Read more...] about Robbie Amell Talks Code 8 and the Journey From Short Film to Feature
