CD Projekt Red is delaying the planned 1.2 patch for Cyberpunk 2077 . In a series of tweets, the studio explained that the recent cyberattack combined with the "extensive scope of the update" means it will need additional time. "Our goal for Patch 1.2 goes beyond any of our previous updates," the studio states. "We've been working on numerous overall quality improvements and fixes, and we still have work to do to make sure that's what you get. With that in mind, we're now aiming for release in the second half of March." This update appears to have been the major patch that was previously slated for February, making the new late-March target constitute a delay of roughly a month. Management and business simulation game OpenTTD is coming to Steam in April, an expandable and beloved classic of the tycoon genre. In OpenTTD players run a transport business, moving passengers and cargo via water, rail, air, and road from place to place to develop a world and get rich. The Outer Worlds' second DLC expansion will release before April 2021, publisher Take-Two recently revealed.The announcement came earlier this week from Take-Two's financial quarter results (via VGC). The Outer Worlds: Murder on Eridanos will launch for PC, PS4, and Xbox One before April 2021, and will be available on all next-gen platforms through backwards compatibility.Additionally, Take-Two revealed that the Murder on Eridanos expansion will launch for the Nintendo Switch version of The Outer Worlds at some point in 2021, so slightly later than other platforms. The first expansion for The Outer Worlds, Peril on Gorgon, is launching for the Switch on February 10, while it previously launched for consoles and PC in September 2020.Previously, an analyst claimed in October 2020 that developer Obsidian was exploring another game in the Outer Worlds franchise.
