More than ten years after its original release, cult classic JRPG Nier Replicant is being rebuilt for modern hardware. Debuting on PS3, Nier originally followed a father's quest to cure his ailing young daughter Yonah. Now Nier returns reimagined as a previously Japan-exclusive teen protagonist and his journey to heal Yonah – now his sister – has been extensively retooled. Nier Replicant producer, Yosuke Saito, tells us, "The base of the story is the same, but the differences in setting change the style and content of dialogue, so I think that the biggest appeal is the difference in emotional experiences." As for the other changes, Saito says, "I believe that [original director] Yoko Taro was being modest when he decided to call it a Version Up." Baldur's Gate, Baldur's Gate 2 and Icewind Dale Enhanced Editions all just got a significant update. Patch 2.6 for the enhanced editions of the classic role-playing games makes a number of important changes, including an upgrade to 64-bit that improves system compatibility with modern machines. 32-bit operating systems are no longer supported. Meanwhile, there are seven new character voice sets (including two from the legendary Mark Meer reprising his roles as Alveus Malcanter and Baeloth Barrityl), which you can use for your hero, 11 new character portraits, and hundreds of bug fixes. Following his Netflix movie The Irishman, Martin Scorsese has now begun production on his next giant movie, Killers of the Flower Moon. Cameras have begun rolling on what writer Eric Roth has said is "one for the ages." The movie is set to premiere on Apple TV+. Scorsese said in a statement that he's happy to be able to film Killers of the Flower Moon in Oklahoma, where the murderous events of the movie take place. The film is set in 1920s Oklahoma during a time when the Osage Nation Native American tribe found oil under their homeland. After this discovery, high-ranking members of the Native American group were murdered one by one . The story is based on real events and is adapted from the book by David Grann. According to the Compatibility tool included with AMD's Radeon Software Adrenalin Edition , the AMD Ryzen 5 3400G is not really capable of running any PC games. I've installed multiple titles on our $400 budget gaming system , but according to AMD's own software, I had no right to do so, and I should consider upgrading the CPU and the GPU to a Ryzen 9 5950X and a Radeon RX 6900 XT . That's right, AMD is recommending that I upgrade a $150 APU to a $750 CPU and a $999 graphics card. Build a $400 Gaming PC Build this gaming PC for just $400. You don't even have to track down a graphics card. For once we'll let it slide that you can't buy that graphics card anywhere, simply because the whole thing is simply too ridiculous to even start with.
